TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Age Requirements

You must be at least 21 years old to book any of our concierge services and to enter our venue. Proof of age may be required.

2. Holiday weekends

Reservations made on holidays or special weekends may be subject to special restrictions and may be unavailable. Please check our website or contact us directly for specific details.

3. Dress Code

Honeys Las Vegas enforces a strict dress code which includes but is not limited to:

No sports hats, ball caps, bandanas, beanies, or stocking caps.
No athletic gear or athletic shoes.
No white T-shirts, tank tops, undershirts, or sleeveless shirts for men (Designer tees are an exception).
No shorts.
No flip flops, sandals, or Timberland boots.
No baggy clothing or pants.
Chains and pendants must be tucked in.
No signs of obvious intoxication will be tolerated.

Management reserves the right to deem any attire unacceptable. While we usually enforce a formal dress code, costumes are acceptable for special events. Failure to adhere to our dress code may result in denied access to our venue.

4. Group REservations

Group reservations are welcome, however, they must be made in advance and adhere to all the terms and conditions listed here.

5. Service Charge

There will be a 20% service fee applied at checkout for all prepaid packages.

6. Fees and taxes

All packages purchased online or at the club are subject to Nevada Sales Tax (8.375%). You will be charged sales tax upon checkout.

7. Cancellation

Refunds can be requested up to 3 days in advance of the event. The event deposit is subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your event date will forfeit the availability of a refund. Please note, groups denied access due to violation of the dress code and/or excessive intoxication will not be eligible for a refund.

8. REfund authorization

No club personnel is authorized to grant refunds of any kind. All sales and refund inquiries must be handled by Honeys Las Vegas management.

9. management rights

Management reserves all rights, including the right to refuse service or admission for any reason.

By using our services and entering our venue, you are accepting these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in denied access or termination of service without refund.
