1. General Conditions

By entering or using the services provided by Honeys Las Vegas, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or termination of service without refund.

2. Dress Policy
Honeys Las Vegas maintains a strict and stylish dress code to ensure a high-quality guest experience. The following attire is not permitted:

• No sports hats, ball caps, beanies, bandanas, or stocking caps

• No athletic wear, jerseys, or sports shoes

• No white T-shirts, undershirts, tank tops, or sleeveless shirts for men (Designer tees are allowed)

• No shorts

• No flip-flops, sandals, or Timberland-style boots

• No excessively baggy clothing

• Chains and pendants must be tucked in

• No visible signs of intoxication

Management reserves the right to determine what is considered appropriate attire. A polished, upscale appearance is expected. Costumes may be allowed for special events only. Failure to adhere to the dress code will result in denial of entry without refund.

3. Group Bookings
We welcome group reservations with advance notice. All guests must comply with club policies, including dress code and conduct expectations. Transportation can be arranged for groups booking premium packages.

4. Service Fee
A 20% service fee is automatically applied at checkout to all prepaid packages and VIP bookings.

5. Taxes and Fees
All purchases—whether made online or on-premises—are subject to Nevada State Sales Tax (8.375%).

6. Cancellation Policy

Refunds for prepaid packages may be requested up to 48 hours before your scheduled visit. Cancellations are subject to a 25% processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled date. If your party is denied entry due to dress code violations or intoxication, no refunds will be given.

7. Refund Policy

No employee is authorized to issue refunds. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Honeys Las Vegas Management for review and approval.

8. Management Rights
Honeys Las Vegas reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any individual or group for any reason deemed appropriate by management.
